With the Candy Simply-Fi app, you can connect your phone to the washer via NFC to download specialist wash programmes of do an in-house health check of your machine.

Sensor Technology
All Candy washing machines feature smart sensor technology which ‘weighs’ the load early in the cycle. The machine then automatically adjusts the time, water and electricity usage to suit the load, so you get effective cleaning while using the smallest amount of water and electricity possible. Hence a stunning A+++AA rating for energy efficiency.
NFC Connectivity
Download the Candy Simply-Fi app to your Android smartphone and connect via NFC to control and manage your appliance via your mobile phone. With just one touch you can enjoy a range of features including programming when you want a wash to start, downloading new specialist wash or perform health checks.
Spin Speed
The higher the spin speed the dryer your clothes. The GVS148DC3/1-8 features a powerful 1400 spin on cotton programmes to remove as much water as possible.
Rapid Wash
When you only have a few lightly soiled items, or need that outfit washed in a hurry, use the handy 14, 30 or 44 minute rapid wash option.
Delay Start
Going to be back late from work, or heading out into town? Then the useful Delay Start option can be used to fit around your busy day. Delay the start of the programme by up to 24 hours, either from your smartphone or at the machine, and don’t worry about wet laundry sitting in the drum for too long again.
